Services. 406 Chimney LLC ("406 Chimney," "we," "us") provides chimney inspection, sweeping, and repair services in southwest Montana. Estimates, scheduling, and invoicing are provided as described at the time of booking.
406 Chimney SMS/Text Messaging Terms. By providing your mobile number when booking service with 406 Chimney (by phone, email, or through our website), you consent to receive service-related text messages from us, including appointment confirmations, arrival-time notifications, inspection report notifications, and annual service reminders. Message frequency varies with your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Appointments. Arrival times provided by text or email are estimates and may shift with the day's schedule; we will notify you of significant changes.
Payment. Payment is due as stated on your invoice. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
Liability. Our services are performed to NFPA 211 standards. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page.
