BOILER AND FURNACE FLUE LINING FOR COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS
The flue is the part of the heating system nobody budgets for — until it fails an inspection, or a tenant smells something. Masonry boiler stacks in older buildings are almost always deteriorating from the inside. Gas and oil produce acidic condensate, and decades of it eats mortar joints and flue tile where no one can see. The failure gets discovered during a sale, a code inspection, or a CO complaint. All three are bad days. We reline those flues without shutting your building down.
WHY FURANFLEX FF1 FOR A COMMERCIAL STACK
No demolition in occupied space. The liner goes in through existing openings and cures in place. No opening walls, no scaffolding through a lobby, no dust in guest rooms.
One day on site, in most cases. Your building keeps operating. Your tenants and guests never know we were there.
No loss of flue capacity. A rigid steel liner drops a round pipe into your flue and gives up diameter you may need. FuranFlex uses the full existing cross-section.
Offsets are not a problem. Commercial stacks bend around structure. FuranFlex follows them. A rigid liner either can't, or costs you demolition to make it fit.
A 25-year warranty. Long enough to put in a capital plan and forget about. Tested and listed to the UL 1777 standard for venting Category I gas and oil fired appliances.

REPLACING A BOILER? READ THIS FIRST.
When an old atmospheric boiler comes out and a modern unit goes in, the existing masonry flue is frequently wrong for the new appliance — oversized, unlined, or already acid-damaged from thirty years of the old one. It usually gets discovered mid-project, and it is not the mechanical contractor's trade. We handle that part. Call us before it stalls your schedule, not after.
WHAT YOU GET FROM AN ASSESSMENT
A camera inspection of the flue, measurements, photographs, and a firm price. If the flue is sound, we will tell you that. After the assessment is complete, you will be provided a multi-page industry standard report — the kind you can hand a fire marshal, an insurer or a buyer.
